Ways to report misconduct

In order to become aware of violations against compliance regulations and in particular also against human rights and environmental protection obligations at Uniscon and in the supply chain, we offer the TÜV SÜD Trust Channel whistleblowing system for internal and external parties to report misconduct.

The TÜV SÜD Trust Channel is a protected channel that Uniscon employees and external third parties can use to raise concerns about possible violations confidentially and, if they wish, anonymously.

The respective manager can also be a good contact person for reports of misconduct. In addition, possible misconduct can be reported via the board or directly to the compliance organisation. Employees who report misconduct to Uniscon are protected from sanctions of any kind if they do so to the best of their knowledge and in good faith and may not be disadvantaged in any way at TÜV SÜD.

Please note, however, that deliberate reporting of misinformation is prohibited by law in many countries.  The TÜV SÜD Trust Channel whistleblowing system provides all employees and external third parties with a secure mechanism to report potential violations in multiple languages and anonymously. The TÜV SÜD Trust Channel can be used by employees and members of management as well as customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.

The TÜV SÜD Trust Channel is managed by a third-party provider. All data provided in a whistleblower’s report is stored on secure servers in Germany. All reported content is handled exclusively by TÜV SÜD.

Further information on the whistleblower system is available on the TÜV SÜD Trust Channel homepage: www.bkms-system.com/tuvsud.
